TEENAGERS trespassing on a railway bridge caused concern to a train driver.

British Transport Police were called to Hilsea yesterday morning at 7.45am after a train driver spotted youngsters on a bridge near the station.

A spokesman said: ‘We were called to a possible trespass incident involving children on a bridge near Hilsea. The area was searched, but they couldn’t be found.

‘Anyone who might have seen children acting suspiciously over the line at Hilsea is asked to call us on 0800 405040.’
