TWO men were arrested in connection with three robberies and assaults in Southsea.

Between 1am and 1.30am yesterday, three 19-year-old men were attacked on Fawcett Road. They all needed hospital treatment.

Officers then responded to a call at 1.15am in which two 21-year-old men had been seriously assaulted in Baileys Road. Property was stolen from the men during the attack. Both men were taken to hospital.

And at around 2.30am a 27-year-old man was the victim of a robbery in Arundel Street. He suffered minor injuries.

· A 16-year-old boy from Cosham and a 19-year-old man from Portsmouth have been arrested on suspicion of assault and robbery.
