UPDATE: Police seize car and detain two men for drugs near Waverley Road
A CAR has been stopped and seized by police in Southsea at a well-known trouble hotspot.
The incident took place this morning at 10.43am, at the junction of Burgoyne Road and Clarence Road.
A spokesman for Hampshire Constabulary said: ‘The vehicle, a red Ford Focus, was recovered by police.
‘A 17-year-old boy and a 21-year-old man have been arrested in connection with drug offences.’
