A FRAUDSTER who attempted to buy computer games using a gift card that didn’t belong to him has been given 40 hours community service.

David Roberts, of Belvoir Close in Fareham, admitted using the card to buy the software from Game in Fareham Shopping Centre on December 18.

The bench at Fareham Magistrates’ Court also ordered the 21-year-old to pay £37.30 compensation to the store and pay a £60 victim surcharge.
