The victim, a woman in her 20s from Waterlooville, was left traumatised by the incident, which happened as she was driving home following an evening out with friends.

The offence happened at about 8.40pm on Thursday, February 5.

The culprit is described about 5ft 8in to 5ft 10in tall, of medium build, in his mid to late 20s, and mixed race, speaking in an east London accent.

He was wearing a balaclava, a dark knitted jumper with a zip to the neck, jeans and was carrying a small blue rucksack. He smelt of whisky and cannabis.

Anyone with information should call police on 101, quoting Operation Tile.
