WATCH: Anger as police carry protester away from Portsmouth park
A campaigner's video captured the moment a protester was carried away from a Portsmouth park today.
The arrest came as people gathered after city council officials changed the locks of Lodge Arts Centre & Park Cafe in the city centre.
Police were called when people stood in front of the doorr of the building.

Hide AdPolice were filmed warning them that they would be arrested. Footage posted on Facebook Live by Chantelle Burton and shared on The News Facebook page showed a man being held in handcuffs and another being carried away.
