MAGISTRATES have fined a man for using threatening behaviour.

Stephen Lee, 23, pleaded guilty to committing the public order offence at his home in The Green, Waterlooville on April 22.

Lee also pleaded guilty to failing to comply with his shotgun certificate by not notifying authorities of his change of address.

A separate charge of criminal damage was withdrawn.

The 23-year-old was given a six-month conditional discharge by Fareham magistrates.

Lee was fined £80 and ordered to pay £15 to a fund for crime victims and £85 in court costs.
