THIEF Stuart Wilson has been given a conditional discharge.

Wilson, 37, of Laburnum Road, Waterlooville, admitted stealing alcohol from a One Stop store in Waterlooville on two separate occasions.

He was given an 18-month conditional discharge and told to pay £15 to a fund for crime victims and £85 in court costs by Fareham magistrates.

Wilson pleaded guilty to a charge of using threatening words or behaviour in Waterlooville. No separate penalty was imposed for this offence.
