MAGISTRATES have fined a man for possessing cannabis.

Wayne Bailey, 41, of Chaffinch Green, Waterlooville, admitted having the class B drug on him in Portsmouth on August 22.

He was fined £50 and told to pay £15 to crime victims by Portsmouth magistrates.

An order was made for the drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.
