SHOPLIFTER Brett Adams has been given a conditional discharge.

Adams, 35, of Chaffinch Green, Waterlooville, pleaded guilty at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court to stealing a light fitting worth almost £60 from B&Q in Purbrook Way, Havant.

He was given a six-month conditional discharge.
