MAGISTRATES have fined a man for using threatening behaviour.

Lee Mack, 29, of Milton Road, Waterlooville, admitted committing the public order offence in the same street on June 14. He was fined £450 and told to pay £15 to crime victims and £85 costs by Portsmouth magistrates.
