MOTORIST Stephen Pound has been fined for driving without due care and attention.
Pound pleaded guilty to committing the offence while driving a Suzuki van in Frogmore Lane, Waterlooville, on July 29.
The 46-year-old, from Yoells Lane, Waterlooville, was fined £200 by Fareham magistrates.
He was also ordered to pay £35 in court costs to Hampshire Police Authority and £15 to a fund for crime victims.
Magistrates added nine penalty points to his driving licence.
