Police offer reward for arrest of former Portsmouth resident after £12 million heroin supply trial

PHONE thief Nathan Phillips has been told to pay compensation.

Phillips, from Athena Avenue, Waterlooville, pleaded guilty to stealing a £499 iPhone from a man in Havant.

The 25-year-old was given a 12-month conditional discharge by Portsmouth magistrates.

He must also pay £200 in compensation to his victim.

Phillips was also ordered to pay £50 in court costs.
