TEENAGER Bethan Williams has been fined for being drunk and disorderly.

Williams, 19, of Kempton Park, Waterlooville, admitted committing the offence in Commercial Road, Landport, Portsmouth. She was fined £125 and told to pay £85 costs and £15 to a fund for crime victims by Portsmouth magistrates.
