Police offer reward for arrest of former Portsmouth resident after £12 million heroin supply trial

MAGISTRATES have fined a woman for driving without due care and attention.

Lisa Beale, 43, of Hector Close, Waterlooville, denied committing the offence while driving a Hyundai Santa Fe at Wellington retail park in Hambledon.

But she was found guilty by Fareham magistrates.

She was fined £75 and told to pay £75 court costs and £15 into a fund for victims of crime.

Three penalty points were added to her driving licence.
