MAGISTRATES have fined a motorist for driving without insurance.

Norman Harfield, from The Circle, Wickham, pleaded guilty to committing the offence by driving a vehicle without insurance in Buddens Road, Wickham.

The 59-year-old was fined £90.

He was ordered to pay £15 to a fund for crime victims.

Harfield must also pay £35 in costs to Hampshire Police Authority.

Six points were added to Harfield’s driving licence at Fareham Magistrates’ Court.
