Police offer reward for arrest of former Portsmouth resident after £12 million heroin supply trial

USING her mobile phone while driving has cost Charmaine Dodsworth £110.

The 36-year-old was caught by police as she drove her Vauxhall Zafira in Milton Road, Waterlooville.

Dodsworth, of Blossom Drive, Widley, near Waterlooville, pleaded guilty to driving while using a hand-held telephone when the case was heard at Fareham Magistrates’ Court.

The magistrates fined her £60 and ordered her to pay £35 in costs to Hampshire Police Authority and a £15 victim surcharge.

Dodsworth had three penalty points added to her driving licence.
