A WOMAN has been arrested after police were called to an address in Southsea early yesterday morning.

Two police cars and a police van were seen by residents at around 8.50am in Festing Road.

Officers arrested a 55-year-old woman on suspicion of common assault and theft, a Hampshire Constabulary spokeswoman said in a statement.
