A WOMAN was taken to hospital after being attacked by a dog.

The attack happened in Delamere Road, in Southsea, at 6.12pm on Wednesday.

Police now want to speak to the dog’s owners.

The woman, in her 30s, was taken to Queen Alexandra Hospital, in Cosham.

South Central Ambulance sent a rapid response vehicle and an ambulance.
