A WOMAN has been fined £250 after crashing into a electric bike.

Susan Taylor was found guilty of driving without due care and attention on November 28 last year.

The court heard the rider suffered serious injuries after the crash in New Road, Havant.

Sitting at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court, district judge Anne Arnold fined Taylor £250 with a £25 victim surcharge and £620 prosecution costs.

The judge also imposed five points on Taylor’s driving licence.

Taylor, 51, of Basset Walk, Havant, had denied the offence but was found guilty following a trial at the same court.
