MAGISTRATES have fined a woman for being drunk and disorderly in public.

Kirsty Stacey, 22, of Hilsea Crescent, Portsmouth, admitted committing the offence in Omega Street, Southsea. She was fined £33, and told to pay £15 into a fund for victims of crime and £40 costs by Portsmouth magistrates.
