A WOMAN has been acquitted in a £945,000 tax fraud case.

Marina Scott, 60, of Locks Heath, was accused with ex-husband Michael Scott, 63, of failing to provide HMRC with tax and national insurance details for Pixies Day Nurseries in Locks Heath.

The jury was directed to find her not guilty. Mr Scott denies abusing his position as employer. His trial continues.
