A DRINK-driver has been fined after being caught behind the wheel over the limit.

Fiona Bath, of Fort Fareham Road, Fareham, admitted driving an Audi A4 in Peak Lane, Fareham, while over the limit on January 19. A test revealed the 24-year-old’s breath contained 56mg of alcohol per 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35mg.

Bath was fined £75, ordered to pay £50 costs and £15 into a fund for victims of crime by Fareham magistrates.

She was also banned from driving for a year.
