THE largest hull section of the first Queen Elizabeth Class aircraft carrier leaves its shipbuilding hall on Monday.

The aircraft carrier will travel 600 miles around the north coast of Scotland to Rosyth when leaving BAE Systems’ shipbuilding hall in Govan.

It was loaded onto a sea going barge in preparation and workers have been conducting preparatory work.
