HMS Lancaster’s football team have been teaching youngsters in the Caribbean how to play the sport.

Members of the squad were more than happy to share their knowledge while on the island of Anguilla.

After doing a warm-up, youngsters learnt some ball skills and did some drills. They also got to shoot at goal with the HMS Lancaster team taking turns to be the goalkeeper.

Leading Physical Trainer ‘Robbo’ Robinson, 30, said: ‘It is always great to coach a younger age group at sport, especially in places such as Anguilla, where they probably don’t get the same opportunities as we do at home.’ HMS Lancaster is currently on patrol in the North Atlantic and Caribbean.
