NAVY warship HMS Portland was due to sail into London today for the start of a five-day visit, where she will berth alongside the iconic RN ship HMS Belfast.

The Type 23 frigate will go alongside the famous old battlecruiser, having sailed under Tower Bridge at approximately 6.30pm tonight. She will then leave central London on Sunday. During the engagement visit, her commanding officer, Commander Mike Knott, will host invited dignitaries and guests on board.
