MEMBERS of a trade union working in the NHS are to stage another four-hour walk-out.

Unison has confirmed its members in England will stop work between 7am and 11am on November 24.

This will be followed by a week of action short of strike action between Tuesday, November 25 and Sunday, November 30 when members will work to rule and not do any unpaid overtime.

The announcement comes after NHS workers including midwives, ambulance workers and porters set up picket lines at Queen Alexandra Hospital in Cosham, St Mary’s Community Health Campus in Milton Road and St. James Hospital in Milton earlier this month in a strike over pay.

Members of the Society of Radiographers at Queen Alexandra Hospital, in Cosham, also set up a picket line outside the main entrance earlier this month in the pay row.
