A NAVY commander has branded North Korea ‘a menace’ to the globe after the secretive country tested its own nuclear warhead.

Commander Graham Edmonds, a campaigner from Portsmouth-based armed forces group the UK National Defence Association, said the action was worrying.

‘North Korea is an embarrassment to China and a menace to everyone.’ he said.
