SWINGING cutlasses and climbing ropes, these physical trainers proved they are at the peak of fitness.
Seven navy PTs marked their passing out in style at HMS Temeraire in Portsmouth, the navy’s school of physical training.
After an arduous six-month course, they carried out a 90-minute display in front of 200 guests this week.
Leading Physical Trainer Matt Crouch, 28, is a former pupil of Bay House School in Gosport.
He said: ‘The course is the most demanding thing I have ever done, but it’s also the most rewarding.’
