MEN and women who have lost their lives in conflicts since 1914 will be honoured with a plaque.

The Mayor of Havant, Councillor Marjorie Smallcorn, will unveil the plaque at Warblington Cemetery on Sunday at 2pm.

The plaque has been donated by Emsworth Residents Association. Cllr Smallcorn said: ‘It will give me great pleasure to unveil the plaque to mark not only those buried within Warblington Cemetery, but to all those who have lost their lives in conflict.’

The plaque will be among a bed of roses.
