Digging deep for charity

GARDENERS dug deep in a collection for a children’s charity.

Customers at Garsons garden centre in Fontley Road in Titchfield have donated nearly £500 to the Fareham-based Rainbow Centre.

The centre supports children with cerebral palsy, as well as helping adults who have suffered strokes.

Vicky Wylde from Garsons said: ‘The Rainbow Centre encourages the children and adults they work with to take an active part in their development, which is a really good approach. We know they rely on the local community for support, so it’s important for us to help.

‘A big thank you to everyone who made donations.’
