FIREFIGHTERS were called to a burning car on the A27.

Fire engines from Havant and Chichester went to the Landrover, which had caught fire close to the Fishbourne roundabout.

A crew arrived at about 4.15am yesterday and put out the fire. The driver had got out of the vehicle and was unhurt.

A crew from Havant also went to a crash between two cars in Redhill Road, Rowlands Castle, at midnight on Saturday. No-one was badly hurt.
