FORECASTERS say the weather is expected to improve in time for the beginning of the Olympic torch relay in Fareham on Sunday.
The weather will be dry for much of the day and it is expected to stay the same when the torch leaves Portsmouth on Monday.
Temperatures on both days will reach between 64.4F (18C) and 66.2F (19C).
Helen Chivers, forecaster for the Met Office, said: ‘It looks like they will be two decent, pleasant days in this summer of rain.
‘There will be a bit of cloud cover but that will come and go.’
