THE mission these children chose to accept was to learn spy techniques and a religious message.
Around 140 children took part in activities at Cosham Baptist Church, Havant Road, during the half term break.
The week called Mission Impossible: Holiday Club had the theme of espionage for children to explore.
The four-day club saw children make masks, chariots and paper baskets, as well as learn about Moses.
The club was headed by youth minister the Rev Simon Ford.
He was helped by a team of 40 volunteers – with 18 of them being young people.
Mr Young said: ‘The children had a great time.
‘It showed because each day we had the same number of children back, who enjoyed the club.’
