CURRY fans will delight in a fundraising dinner taking place in Southsea tomorrow.

Lorraine Stewart, of North End, is organising the event to raise money for the Caring Cancer Trust.

The charity is based on the Isle of Wight and funds holidays for youngsters recovering from cancer.

Ms Stewart said the dinner would be at the Akash Indian restaurant in Albert Road and starts at 7pm.

She said: ‘They’ve let us have the restaurant for the evening and we’re having a raffle as well.’

Ms Stewart said tickets were £12, of which £3 would go to the charity.

She said she hoped the dinner would raise more than £500.

To book, call Ms Stewart on 07904 500 380.
