THREE students are preparing to spend 24 hours afloat in a life raft for a good cause.
Keiran O’Toole, Adrian Duffy, and George Palmer, all 17, will be spending 24 hours in a life raft at Port Solent this weekend in aid of the Royal Navy & Royal Marines Charity.
The trio are all students at Portsmouth College and they hope to raise £800. They have raised £740 already.
Keiran thanked sponsors Seago Yachting, which loaned them the raft, and Rock Clothing. He urged others to donate.
‘It’s a charity close to our hearts,’ Keiran said.
Their challenge starts at 10am on Saturday.
