Adult courses at city school to start this month

NEW classes for adults are starting at Portsmouth Academy for Girls.

A six-week health and wellbeing class will include topics such as stress management, healthy eating, weight maintenance, and sleeping patterns.

It will start on Monday, January 27 from 7pm until 9pm and will cost £36 for the course.

The second class is a flower arranging course where people will learn the skills needed to make long and low table arrangements and an all-year-round posy.

This is due to start on Monday, March 3 from 6.30pm until 8pm and costs £24.
