HIGHBURY College is sharing the secrets of its success in a new book.

The book called Highbury College Portsmouth: Outstanding Provision in Further Education details the college’s journey from an Ofsted grade of satisfactory in 2003, to outstanding eight years later.

The book was written to satisfy the demand of further education leaders keen to learn how Highbury not only achieved the outstanding grading from Ofsted, but also topped the Data Service National League Table for further education colleges in England.

Principal of Highbury College, Stella Mbubaegbu CBE, said: ‘This book was written to guide those who are on a similar journey and
who share our ambition to enable every student to succeed.

‘It is that core mission that steers everything we do as a college and that is the prevailing theme throughout this publication.’
