A FORMER Fareham College student has made it on to our television screens.

Luke Bryan, an ex-pupil at Brune Park Community School in Gosport and Fareham College, was one of 32 contestants to appear on BBC2’s MasterChef: The Professionals, which started last night at 8.30pm.

Luke studied hospitality and catering and has since been working with chef, Paul Merrett, in his restaurant The Victoria in London.

Luke said: ‘I’m hoping to come back to the college and do a master class, maybe even a recipe from the show.’

Fareham College lecturer Oonagh Taylor said: ‘Luke worked so hard. It’s so lovely to see him again.’
