College’s open day events

A COLLEGE will be holding open events to provide information to prospective students.

Fareham College, in Bishopsfield Road, Fareham, will open its doors on Tuesday, February 5, between 5pm and 8pm and Saturday, February 9, between 10am and 2pm.

The college offers 130 courses including catering, hair and beauty, engineering and performing arts.

Prospective students will have the chance to see the college’s facilities, including the new purpose-built employment hub.

Lecturers will give advice, help with applications, book interviews and organise taster days.

On Saturday, February 9, MasterChef star John Torode will be showcasing a cookery master class, with many more activities taking place throughout the day.
