Portsmouth school raises awareness for education in poor countries

THE Dental Academy at the University of Portsmouth has won an award.

The academy won a Shine Award for its work in the community.

Staff were awarded the ‘High Performing Education and Training Team of the Year’ for their contribution to education and training.

The awards are organised by Health Education Wessex to recognise excellence in the NHS across Hampshire, Dorset, Isle of Wight and South Wiltshire.
