A SCHOOL celebrating a major rowing success story is appealing to readers of The News to dig deep for charity.

Staff and pupils at Kingscourt School in Catherington were thrilled to see Nick Moore – brother of one of their teachers Amanda Bembridge – win the Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge in aid of ShelterBox disaster relief charity.

Nick and his fellow rower Toby Iles have already raised £35,000 for Shelterbox, but would like to hit their target of £100,000.
