PUPILS at Stamshaw Junior School are sending out a clear message – bullying is not acceptable.
Youngsters aged from seven to 11 entered a school-run competition to come up with the most effective anti-bullying posters.
Some chose to draw their designs and others used graphics from the internet, and 11-year-old Emily Love was voted best overall poster designer.
She said: ‘I was shocked to find out I had won because there was a lot of good competition. I feel proud that my poster was chosen by other pupils because it is an important message. Bullying makes people unhappy.’
Emily’s prize was a £10 book token.
