Free IT club for beginners in Portsmouth

BEGINNERS can improve their IT skills at a free computer club.

Sessions will be held on Tuesday afternoons at the John Pounds Centre, in Queen Street, Portsea, from 3pm to 5pm.

Participants will learn how to switch a computer on, how to shop online, create an email account, email friends and family, save pictures and put bills on a spread sheet.

Organisers described the club as ‘friendly’ and added that anyone can drop in with no need to book.
