GENEROUS students at a school in Gosport held two fundraising days for good causes.

The kind-hearted students at Brune Park School, in Military Road, took part in a non-school uniform day raising £1,175 for the children’s charity Barnardo’s.

They also collected 153 shoeboxes as part of the Rotary Shoe box Scheme.

The shoeboxes were filled with toys, educational material and household goods to support orphanages, homes and schools in Eastern Europe, as part of the Rotary Club scheme.
