YEAR Six leavers at St John the Baptist Primary School, Fareham, performed their production of Hoodwink.

The 36 boys and girls put on a show-stopping performance for friends and family on Wednesday and Thursday night in the school’s annual leavers’ show.

Based on Robin Hood, the children wowed the audience with a performance that headteacher Elaine Merriman called ‘the best one yet’. The younger schoolchildren were invited to watch a dress rehearsal on Tuesday to warm the cast up for their evening shows.

Mrs Merriman said: ‘The parents and teachers really enjoyed their performance and it is by far the best one yet. On behalf of myself and the school, I would like to say a huge well done to our year sixes and wish them every success in the future.’
