A COLLABORATIVE exhibition between the University of Portsmouth, creatives and a world-famous brand has opened in the city.

The Creating Balance project took a year to put together and was formed by 10 artists and 10 photographers.

Featuring an Anglepoise lamp and a number of locations around Portsmouth city centre, the collection of work came together.

Having toured around different spaces, the collection of work is now back in Portsmouth at the Aspex Gallery in The Vulcan Building, Gunwharf Quays, until March 2. It opened to the public on Friday.

Claire Sambrook, senior lecturer from the University of Portsmouth’s School of Creative Technologies and project leader, said: ‘It was exciting to work with them on a project that was all about supporting the local creative community.’
