A MODEL railway exhibition is to be held at Fareham College.

The Rotarail 2014 event has been organised by Fareham Rotary Club and the college.

It is the second event run by the club and the college.

A spokesman said: ‘Last year’s event [was] highly successful and raised over £1,000 for local charities.

‘This year’s show aims to do better and will feature 21 quality layouts, many from clubs within Hampshire and supported by 12 traders.’

Traders attending include Railroom Electronics and Hedgerow Scenics.

The event will be held at the college in Bishopsfield Road, Fareham, on Saturday, April 26 from 10.30am to 5pm.

Parking is free of charge and refreshments will be available.
