A FAREHAM school has announced it will have two headteachers leading the way.
Henry Cort Community College will see Paul Fielon take over the role of associate principal alongside the current head Phil Munday.
They will now assume the shared leadership of the college. Together they have over 70 years experience in the education sector.
John Robinson, chair of governors said: ‘Both principals have a mutual respect for one another and a shared ethos. Our focus as a governing body is to share knowledge and expertise and to develop talent from within. We wish them both continued success.’
