A NEW Monday play club for parents and toddlers will start at the Royal Navy Submarine Museum.

The Sea Urchin Club will be held every Monday and include playtime in Busy Boats Bay and regular activities such as rhyme time and story time.

To celebrate the first session, entrance will be free and entertainment will be provided by the Jiggly Wrigglers.

Gareth Brettell is education manager at the museum in Gosport.

He said: ‘At Busy Boats Bay we are focused on allowing young children to experience learning through playing in a ‘hands-on’ way.

‘Our new Monday Sea Urchin sessions will be fun, safe play for parents and toddlers.’

The Sea Urchin Club will run every Monday morning from 10am to 11.30am and tickets will be £2.50 per child.

Parents will be free and no booking is required.
